Russia’s largest annual event for advertising industry professionals – Reklama – will take place at VDNH, Moscow, on 21–24 October 2025. It will be the first time that the event is held at this venue.

Reklama 2025 is not just a trade show. This is a mirror of the advertising industry, which reflects its progress, from classic formats to hybrids and the use of AI.

Last year’s edition welcomed more than 19,000 professional visitors who represented key segments of the advertising market, which makes the show an effective platform for business meetings, exchange of experience, and search for new partners.

Reklama 2025 will showcase advanced solutions that accelerate production processes while improving quality. Automation of production processes also allows saving time, resources and achieving maximum accuracy. The expansion of the range of materials and equipment makes it possible to implement the ideas of designers that meet current trends more freely.

Show highlights

Reklama 2025 will cover a full range of technologies and services for manufacturers and customers of advertising: equipment and materials for the manufacture of all types of advertising media and navigation, light displays and interactive panels, solutions for lighting design and festive decoration of the urban environment, transportation design, advertising printing and packaging of image products, corporate merchandise and services for promotion.

Thanks to the assistance of Russian regional chambers of commerce and industry and business support centres with group stands, companies from the Vladimir and Ryazan regions will participate in the show. The show will also present a display made with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow Region for the first time.

In 2025, special emphasis is placed on two areas: DIGITAL SIGNAGE and LIGHT & CITY, where digital media and lighting solutions become an integral part of the urban environment.

New logistics and venue

The show is based on a thematic principle:
A variety of printing equipment and textile printing technologies will be shown in Pavilion No. 55. A wide range of new products for advertising and production processes, lighting design, digital formats, materials and equipment for the production of outdoor advertising will be found in Pavilion No. 57 (Level 1). The show on Level 2 of Pavilion 57 includes corporate merchandise, label production, and a wide range of materials for the production of media objects.

Visitors can register in both pavilions.

Conference programme

This year, Reklama’s conference programme focuses on practical solutions for businesses, from evaluating the effectiveness of formats and implementing AI to automating advertising and production processes. Over three days, participants will hear the best cases from leading agencies and brands, and learn how the market is changing, and how to work more efficiently in the face of rising costs and stricter regulations.

21 October. The programme will open with a conference from RACA, Russia’s leading Association of Communication Agencies, on how advertising works in 2025: from creativity to result. Experts will discuss which formats bring the greatest effect, how AI and UGC are changing advertising strategies, and how to measure the return on creativity. The second part includes an HR session on in-demand competencies and career opportunities for young professionals (Digital Hall, Pavilion 57).

22 October. The day will be dedicated to digital marketing and outdoor advertising. The sessions will discuss personalization, analytics, regulation of digital platforms, and the use of neural networks in communications.

23 October. The final day will combine the Conference on the Ecosystem of a Selling Brand and PUBLISH Tech Day. The key topics of the day are reputation and PR in crisis, customer experience, brand as a business asset, as well as demonstrations of the latest solutions for digital and textile printing, and automation and integration with marketplaces.

The 14th Advertising Matrix International Forum takes a special place in the conference programme. This event is the largest discussion platform of the exhibition, which takes place all three days. Market experts will discuss the most pressing issues of the advertising market such as advertising labeling, branding, effective advertising platforms, gift and souvenir production, HR management, etc.
