Russia’s largest annual event for advertising industry professionals – Reklama 2025 – took place at VDNH, Moscow, on 21–24 October 2025. The show was organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of RACA – the Russian Association of Communication Agencies and under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Show highlights
For four days, Reklama 2025 has become a key platform for effective business networking, search for new partners, and exchange of experience for 20,800 industry professionals. It has once again confirmed its status of the main trade show for visual communications professionals.
The 2025 showcase was diverse. The number of exhibiting companies exceeded 150, including leading enterprises from Belarus, China, Russia, as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, innovative start-ups, and specialised studios. More than 100 companies were Russian.
The show covered a full range of technologies for manufacturers and customers of advertising services from equipment and materials for all types of advertising media and navigation to solutions for lighting design, vehicle design, advertising printing, packaging of image products, and merchandise. Special attention was paid to the Digital Signage and Light & City product sectors, which presented advanced digital media, LED equipment, and lighting design for urban environment.
The display was arranged according to product sectors. Pavilion 55 offered a variety of printing equipment and textile printing technologies. The first level of Pavilion 57 had a wide range of new products for advertising and production processes, lighting design, digital formats, materials and equipment for the production of outdoor advertising. Merchandise, labels, and a wide range of materials for media facilities were shown on the second level of Pavilion 57.
The exhibitors included Bestly, Inari, Iqdemy, Led-Sib, OptMarket, Orgplex, Printx, Stanber, Aluminstroy, Big Printer, Wink, Diamond Group, Dialogue-Conversion, DiMedia, Lasercut, LRT, All Ready, Rosprinter, RussCom, Sabtec, Svetoch, Smart-T, Stanki.ru, Stankom, Technografika, Challenger, Juventa, etc.
Group stands of the Moscow, Ryazan and Vladimir regions displayed technologies and products of corresponding regional companies.
Conference programme
This year’s conference programme focused on practical business tasks: evaluating the effectiveness of formats, implementing AI, and automating advertising and production processes. The key blocks were the Conference on the Trends in Advertising 2025: from Creativity to Results in Business and Education, held with the support of the Russian Association of Communication Agencies (RACA), and the 14th Advertising Matrix International Forum. The events were organised by EXPOCENTRE.
The RACA Conference featured three thematic sessions on the development of the advertising market 2025-2026, which had discussions on innovations, implementation of new approaches, and introduction of AI, and presented efficiency cases, digital trends, and real business results. Special events for young professionals included Sessions on whom does the market need, and how to become a start of the advertising industry about career growth, skills in the advertising market, and internships in leading agencies.
Within the three-day Advertising Matrix Forum, four conferences were held to discuss the industry's prospects for 2026, including the development of OOH and POSM materials, new standards for creative effectiveness, the evolution of formats and technologies, and much more.
The final event of the conference programme was Publish Tech Day. Experts in print, merch, and marketplaces discussed ‘accelerating’ technologies, service models, marketplace sales, and the rapid growth of digital fabric printing.
The show included special programmes for students and young professionals, such as master classes, career development discussions, and internship programmes with leading market agencies.
Results
Reklama 2025 not only showed new technical capabilities, but also created professional alliances, including ones between educational institutions and businesses. The show was a platform where each participant could find practical tools for growth, outsourcing and partnership proposals, as well as look at the future of the advertising market through the prism of digitalization and the integration of new personnel.
Reklama 2025 reflected the industry’s key trends such as digitalization of outdoor advertising, introduction of immersive (AR/VR) formats, 3D advertising, automation through AI, and personalization of advertising campaigns.
The event showed that the interest in Russian advertising solutions and innovations keeps growing. It also strengthened the status of Reklama as a central platform for development of new industry trends.
