Advertising Matrix about prospects of the advertising market

The 14th Advertising Matrix International Forum continues within the conference programme of Reklama 2025. The forum is a major discussion platform, which takes place on all three days of the show. Market experts discuss pressing issues of the advertising market such as advertising labeling, branding, effective advertising platforms, gift and souvenir production, HR, etc.

The first day featured the Conference on Strategic Analysis of the Advertising Market 2025-2026. It offered a detailed analysis, from the main changes in the consumer market and trends to advertising formats with high conversion and automation of production processes.

Igor Berezin, President at the Marketing Guild of Russia, Irina Khvan, CEO at Hashdog, Andrey Kapitonov, a founder of the Kapitan advertising agency, Ulyana Gromova, a founder of GromPR, Natalia Miroshnichenko, Director at the Institute of Social Engineering, delivered reports on current trends and innovations in the advertising market.

The second day of the forum started with the Conference on Digital Marketing. Opening the discussion, Sendsay CEO Gleb Kashcheev said: “Now, according to statistics, advertising is so expensive that attracting a new customer for most companies does not pay off from the first sale. The business starts making money on repeat sales. But in order for repeat sales to make a profit, it is necessary to attract existing customers not by advertising, but in some other way.”

Industry experts spoke about various methods of attraction, issues of advertising technology, competition, effective marketing communications, the use of AI in the legal field, and so on. Among the speakers were Kirill Anokhin, Customer Relations Manager at Retail Rocket Group, Andrey Kuvaytsev, Head of the Targeted Advertising Group at i-Media, and many others.

Åhe Conference on OOH, POSM and Merch 2026: Key Trends, Strategic Prospects and Challenges opened at the same time. Dmitry Strelnikov, President at the Union of Outdoor Advertising Operators, presented his view on what the outdoor advertising market will look like in 2026. The speakers conducted a detailed analysis of promising formats and innovations.

The closing day will feature the Conference on the Ecosystem of a Selling Brand in the Real Business.
