Reklama to be rescheduled to 2021

03 / 08 / 2020

Dear colleagues and partners,

The Moscow Mayor's Decree No. 12-UM "On Introduction of High Alert Regime" dated March 5, 2020 (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Moscow Mayor's Decree) continues to be in force in the city of Moscow, according to which restrictive measures on holding public and exhibition events are imposed.

According to clause 20.1 of the Moscow Mayor's Decree, distribution of a new coronavirus infection in the current conditions is the extraordinary and inevitable circumstance which has entailed introduction of the high alert regime which is a circumstance of insuperable force.

At the same time, until the last moment we expected that by September 2020 these restrictions would be lifted and the holding of congress and exhibition events in Moscow would be allowed, but due to the Decree we have limited opportunities to organise and conduct the event at an appropriate level.

There is less than two months left before the planned opening of the Reklama 2020 international exhibition, and in connection with the above-mentioned, EXPOCENTRE AO has decided to reschedule the exhibition from this September to October 26-29, 2021.

The decision to postpone the exhibition is dictated by the fact that, as always, the priority for us, as organisers, is the efficiency of participation and safety for our exhibitors and visitors.

The Reklama exhibition is one of the most significant own projects of Expocentre AO with many years of active development in the advertising industry. It serves as a unique communication tool for industry professionals on an international scale and, according to experts, is a universal marketing tool for the industry recovery from the crisis caused by the pandemic.

We hope that through our joint work we will overcome all difficulties and continue our mutually beneficial cooperation. We will be glad to see you among the participants in 2021!
