Post Release of the Reklama’2007
International Specialized Exhibition for Advertising

The Reklama 15th International Specialized Exhibition for Advertising ran, with great success, at Expocentre Fairgrounds from October 30 through November 2, 2007. The organizers of this leading Russian advertising forum are Expocentre and the National Advertising Association. The exhibition was held under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow.

The leading international position and prestige of the Reklama exhibition are acknowledged with awards of UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry and RUEF – the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.

Reklama’2007 brought together leaders of the Russian advertising industry and their foreign counterparts from 23 countries under one roof of Expocentr. 344 companies got a unique opportunity to generate business contacts, demonstrate the latest technologies and achievements. The exhibition space of Reklama’2007 exceeded 7 000 sq.m (net).

The Reklama’2007 Exhibition reflected interest of foreign advertising companies in the Russian booming market. This year saw participation of such world-renowned advertising companies as HP Scitex Europe, Zenon, Russkom, Nissa, WeMaTec, Prismatron, SUN, Helvetica-T, Sign Art, Dzerzhinskoe Orgsteklo, Favor-garant, Gravis, Kami-Stankoagregat, Ponedelnic, Orgsteklo, SDS-Group, Lisow, Endutex, Mecanumeric and many others. China and Romania put on display their national expositions. For the first time the show was attended by Saudi Arabia.

The exhibition showcased 270 Russian advertising companies along with the largest international advertising manufacturers.

The Reklama’2007 International Specialized Exhibition displayed new materials, designer ideas and a whole range of marketing and PR services. The 2007 exhibition had expanded with new sections and feature areas. The exhibition was held in the Halls of Pavilion 2 of Expocentre Fairgrounds. Hall#1 was fully devoted to the outdoor advertising; Hall#2 showcased advertising print industry and lighting, while Hall #3 featured advertising technologies and solutions, POS materials, business gifts and branding. Clear zoning of the exhibition space according to the exhibitors’ fields of activity provided for the comfortable working environment, enabling visitors to find quickly target equipment, products or services.

This year Reklama once again demonstrated that it was the largest show of advertising ideas, solutions, materials and technologies in Russia. The total number of visitors was about 19 500, 84% of which were specialists.

The next edition of the Reklama Exhibition will take place at Expocentre Fairgrounds on November 11-14, 2008.
